Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping & Shipping Rates

• Orders above $250 CAD (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.
• At checkout, shipping costs for orders under $250 CAD 
  

  Orders between 1-100 CA$  (20 CA$ freight)

  Orders between 101- 250 CA$ (15 CA$ freight)

• Prices are exclusive of taxes. Provincial taxes will apply at checkout.

2. Delivery information

• All orders will be shipped through our trusted delivery partners, which may include Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or Canpar. The shipping partner will be selected based on service availability and delivery location.
• Depending on your location, standard delivery inside Canada usually takes 3–7 business days.
• Delivery times may be longer in rural or remote locations.
• You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

3. Order Tracking

A confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track the status of your delivery will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.

4. Limitations on Shipping

• We ship within Canada only. 

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Please send us pictures of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged.
• We will collaborate with the carrier to quickly address any issues if your shipment is missing in transit.
