Earning Points on Purchases

• Customers earn reward points with every product purchased.
• Points can be redeemed directly at checkout.
• Conversion Rate: 100 Reward Points = 1 CAD.
• Bonus Points on High-Value Orders
• Orders of 500 CAD or above will earn an additional 500 bonus points.

Welcome Bonus on Sign Up

• New customers will receive 100 bonus reward points upon successful registration.

Prepaid Order Redemption

• If reward points are redeemed during checkout for a prepaid order but the payment is not completed, the points will be automatically returned to the customer’s wallet within 30 minutes.

Use of Vouchers with Reward Points

• If both a voucher and reward points are applied in a single order, the voucher amount will be deducted first, and reward points will then be calculated on the remaining payable amount.
