1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers can cancel their order anytime before it has been shipped from our facility. Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may choose to return or exchange the item after delivery, in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
3. Reward Points
Any reward points earned on a cancelled order will be reversed once the cancellation is processed.
4. Refund for Prepaid Orders
For all prepaid orders, the full amount you paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 1–5 business days after your cancellation is confirmed.
5. How to Cancel Your Order
You can easily cancel your order through your account by following these steps:
1. Go to My Account.
2. Open Order History.
3. Select the order you wish to cancel and open the Order Details page.
4. Click on the Cancel Order button.
5. Your cancellation request will be reviewed by our admin team.
6. Once approved, your balance will be refunded within 1–5 business days.
