Return And Refund Policy

Your perfect satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority at SDG Impex Ventures Limited. Please read over our return policies below if you aren't satisfied.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• All returns have to be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• All returned items must be sent back in their original box/packaging as received. Since our products include dental models and statues that come only in vendor-supplied boxes, we are unable to accept returns without the original packaging. This ensures that the product remains protected and can be resold in its original condition

2. Need for Authorization

• Return authorization is required for all returns before they may be shipped.
• Returns that are not approved will not be accepted.
• Before mailing back any things, please give our office a call to for return instructions.

3. Shipping for Returns

• In case of a return, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our return address. The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer and will depend on the courier partner chosen by the customer.
• Incomplete returns will not be accepted and Items will not be reshipped to the buyer

4. Issues with Reporting

Orders that are incomplete, inaccurate, or defective must be disputed within 48 hours of delivery.

5. The Refund Procedure

• After the returned item is received at our address, refunds will be handled within 7 working business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• The cost of shipping is not refundable.
